Yes, companies can contact candidates directly on Shiftiees through our messaging system. We do however recommend using our platform for all communication to ensure transparency and accountability.

When a job seeker completes a shift or job on Shiftiees, their employer will be prompted to leave a review. The review will then be added to the candidate’s profile on Shiftiees and will be visible to companies searching for staff.
If you’re a job seeker, you can create an account on Shiftiees by providing your name, location, experience, and availability. If you’re a company, you’ll need to create an account then create a job post that will allow you to invite candidates that you’ve selected from Shiftiees staff database.
Shiftiees connects companies looking for staff with job seekers who’ve registered their interest to work in the hospitality industry. Companies can search for candidates based on their location, experience, and the reviews they’ve received from previous employers.
